We’re offering various ways to assist customers experiencing financial difficulties due to COVID-19. Our COVID-19 Payment Program is available for any customer who requests financial assistance during the pandemic.

Program Details

  • Pay past due balances in flexible payment plans up to 24 months
  • Residential customers can enroll through November 1, 2020
  • Non-residential customers can enroll through August 1, 2020
  • First payment deferred until July 1, 2020, for unemployed residents or businesses that are shut down
  • No down payment, fees or interest charged from time of pandemic to end of payment plan
  • Once the disconnect moratorium ends, customers with an active payment arrangement (with no missed payments) are protected from service disconnection for the duration of the payment arrangement

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for Aquarion's Customer Assistance Program, customers must be:

  • Receiving bills on a monthly basis
  • A homeowner in Aquarion's service territory OR a contractual renter (water bill must be in tenant's name)
